Refund/Return Policy
Early Termination of this Agreement
This Agreement may be terminated before Americas Litigation Consulting Group's delivery of Proof of Termination and Client payment, as follows:
​5-Day Right to Rescind
Client may rescind acceptance of this Agreement by notifying Americas Litigation Consulting Group by email within 5 (five) business days of the execution of this Agreement. If Client exercises this Right to Rescind, Americas Litigation Consulting Group will immediately issue a full refund of all fees, including fees designated as “non-refundable.”
Early Termination by Americas Litigation Consulting Group
Americas Litigation Consulting Group may cease to provide services under this Agreement if (1) Client’s failure to perform Client Responsibilities or Obligations as outlined in this Agreement, or (2) Client’s nonpayment of fees. In the event this Agreement is terminated early by Americas Litigation Consulting Group, Americas Litigation Consulting Group shall have no obligation to issue a refund to Client.
